I am baking from home, cakes, biscuits and bread and above all whatever that may be required by my clients.
I have grown the love of making bread different types, ciabata bread, french loaves, english muffins as all as wells rolls.
Making cake is one of the most satisfying jobs if I may say ☺️ I requires creativity as well as personalizing each and over cake, it takes heart and I am all for that.
Whenever I don’t have an order, I always practice by baking for my family to perfect my skills.
I intend on selling baked goods at schools near me, in the morning muffins and scones for the teachers and at break-time sell pies, hotdogs, doughnuts and cupcakes for the school kids. I see an opportunity in my community in that aspect.
I will be of huge help because with buying ingredients and having to make profit it is a challenge when starting out, there are issues like not charging too much and with that you only make enough just to buy ingredients. So with funding I can use the capital to at least buy in bulk that will save money.
