Im currently doing small orders from home at the moment and every month im having a cake sale to promote my busses.
I look for a premises on the main road,make leaflets,advertise via newspapers.
To upgrade my equipment(stove,mixer,round cake pans,cookie cutters,scale,flutted tart moulds,thermometer,timer,micro grater,nozzle tips,dishes),invest in more baking ingredients .
