Neo Bakes was started before I joined The Knead Academy, unfortunately it was disturbed because of Covid-19 as i was running it as a student selling to other students and the College staff. But after finishing the one month baking course here at The Knead Academy I will definitely continue with my business Neo Bakes.
At the Knead Academy we are taught how to bake and also marketing skills everything that we bake we sell that attract people , so the customers as I regard them they already want me to bake for them the minute I finish the course, they can’t stop spreading the word that there’s an up coming Chef in the making who already her bakes tastes like they are made by a professional. They said it is good that there’s a person in the neighborhood who is going to sell to them so it will be easy for them to get freshly baked goods.
I usually post the products we baked here at school on social media so people they want what I have baked so my problem is that I do not have a big baking stove I have a mini oven the other problem is that I do not have a proper mixer, so it will require too much time because I will be baking in small quantities and I won’t be able to finish people’s orders in time.
