Zenna’s Treats is a home-based bakery operating on a small scale, caters to individuals craving for baked goods , Small to Medium functions e.g Parties , baby showers and Stockvels events. Zenna’s Treats offers Cakes for different functions and events, Cookies, Scones, Pies and as well as Platters as requested orders.
I would expand in Product development by providing fresh baked bread Buns and rolls whichbareva daily need in my community. I will invest in getting an industrial convention oven, a larger stand mixer , a prover , B05 bread pan, baking trays, bread slicer machine, and a bigger fridge.
By getting funding it will help Zenna’s Treats to respond quickly to growth opportunities, will help to expand its capacity, it will help in securing a cash flow and production development which unfortunately because of not enough funds and bigger equipment I can’t meet the demands of supply.
