What I am currently doing with my small business

I am in the planning stage of starting a bakery business. I have done market research, selected product ideas (such as cakes, pastries, bread, and snacks), and identified my target market. I have also looked at potential suppliers and equipment needed to begin production on a small scale. I am working from home and testing recipes to build a product list that appeals to local customers.

If I acquired funding this is how I would expand my small business

If I receive funding, I plan to officially register the bakery, purchase professional baking equipment (such as ovens, mixers, display fridges), and secure a small shop or stall to operate from. I would also invest in packaging, branding, marketing, and hire one or two assistants to help with baking and customer service. I want to expand my product line to include custom birthday and wedding cakes and introduce delivery options for local customers.

How will funding impact my small business

Funding will help me move from a home-based setup to a professional bakery business. It will allow me to produce in larger quantities, improve the quality and consistency of my baked goods, and create a more appealing space for customers. It will also help me create jobs for others and generate a stable income to support my family.
