Currently trying to get more experience and exposure for my new business. For the past two weeks or so, I have been selling every day all over Durban Central to see what the market prefers and getting people to discover my baked goods.
It has been a moving journey that has got me excited for the future of my business.
I would also like to bake goods from different African countries and present that to my customers.
If funding acquired, I would start by purchasing important tools that I do not have due to their prices. Then start creating posters to advertise and promote my business so people are aware. Once that is covered, I would officially open a kitchen in the region of Inkwali with the goal of showing the people there that they can still create an economy in their rural areas.
I’d like to see my business grow and consistently bring joy to those who support it.
It will allow to take on more capacity, purchase additional assets, open more locations or move a bigger space and even with time, hire a few young staff members from the community of Inkwali.
The funding will overall be a great push in the right direction for IT’S MIAM.
