I currently run Cynthia’s blissful bakes as a home based . For now I specialise in making cookies, busicuts, rolls, and tarts since we’ll I don’t have full equipments to make more pastries and cakes. I take orders through word of mouth and handle the packaging including the delivery. I won’t lie it’s not easy building loyal customer base with limited equipment and space.
I plan to invest in professional baking equipment to increase production capacity and consistency. I also want to rent a dedicated space for the bakery, which will allow me to operate more efficiently and serve walk-ins .This will also open up opportunities for hiring staff and expanding my menu, and supply local shops and cafes.
It would significantly transform Cynthia’s Blissful Bakes from a home based operation into a more professional scalable business. It would help improve product quality and output , reduce turnaround time and allow me to serve more customers. Renting a space will also increase visibility and credibility in the community creating more consistent income and potential job opportunities.
