Currently am about to finish my four weeks course of baking at All Fidaa school of baking. After my graduation l will be running my business from home.l will be baking and sell in the streets,taxi ranks and also advertising on social media.l would like to start my business with biscuits, cakes, scones, muffins and tarts because during my course l found my strength on those products.Now am able to bake my products from scratch .
I would like to expand my business with baking equipment and resources to a larger quantities.l would like a open permanent space to sell my products in clear storages container so it will also advertise itself in the containers so that people will see the products from afar.l would like to buy the equipment that I don’t have in my industry of baking like defy thermofan stove cost R5.999, Kenwood stand mixer with a big mixing bowl cost R4.999,Decorating kit with a set of nozzles and turning table cost R400, baking pans set cost R500, digital thermometer that cost R300,clear storage containers 68l by 3 cost R750 and the bulk ingredients such as flour 40kg cost R620 , icing sugar 20kg R400, white sugar 20kg cost R400 and a box of margarine cost R800.This will raise my business to another level as a small business scale .
The funding will have a positive impact in my business because I will be able to upgrade my work place to a bigger space and bigger space where l will sell my products the whole day without walking in the streets.l will be able to bake a lot per day because I will have enough equipments. My plans for this business will become very successful for sure because this funding will execute on my business with the sufficient fund.The expansion of my business will lead to the increase of sales and profitability at the end.
