The name of the business is Mkhabela Bakery cafe currently based in Pietermaritzburg in Umsunduzi location . Currently in my business I bake products with love which are scones, biscuits, cupcakes, muffins, birthday and wedding cakes.i do have a certificate in baking which I obtained July 2023 by the al Fidaa Foundation, this foundation really helped me in full filling my dream of being a chef or baker
I would expand my business by buying other baking equipment like stoves and fridge and also hand mixers so that it will be a helping hand. I will also take the funding money and do marketing of the business so that people can be able to know about this business all over South Africa.i will also buy baking ingredients because without it there is no baking
Funding will impact my business in a very great way because it will be an interesting opportunity for growth of the business it will also impact it in a big way that it will improve from being a home baking business to have a place or school where we will hold baking classes
