Right now i am baking from home,and i have just graduated from baking school.and i am so proud of the way people respond to my product.i’ve been getting orders from people wanting to buy my product.l’ve always loved baking, getting an opportunity to study at AL-Fidaa school of baking boosts my confidence,i joined the school on the 1 August 2023 every week we were give products to sell,that way i was marketing myself
I would hire atleast 3 people in my neighborhood to work with me in my bakery,that way i would decrease imployment rate.
Right now i am in need of financial injection,for example i dont have all the necessary equipments to do all my baking,so all in all if i get funding i will be very grateful.i would really love to buy cake mixer,large oven,have all the baking ingredients.my vision is to grow my knowledge of baking and bake all the new products i’ve learnt,for example sweet pastries, savoury pastries, different types of buns and rolls, biscuits, cookies & cakes as well as different types of creams.in future i would like to supply local shops with my baked goods.Funding will be a great help for me since i will be able to employ peaple,and for me as well cause i will have income.I ‘m looking forward to donate my product to the less fortunate people.And also would like to offer training to oe people who are willing to bake.
